Visa Process in Germany – Germany work visa for Indian citizen
Once you choose the Various Germany Universities, start enrolling to universities as per the deadlines. For this your academic mark sheets and certificates need to be certified. This can be done through any Indian Notary or from German Missions. For the German Missions, you are required to take a prior appointment form German Embassy.
To initiate the visa process, you need to show the required funds covering your living expenses. So you need to have a blocked account at Deutsch Bank or Kotak Mahindra Bank in India. The blocked account will be created in a span of 2-3 weeks of time. Then you are supposed to debit the account with 8040 Euros. Then the bank will acknowledge with the amount received, which has to be shown in visa interview at German Embassy.
Once you receive the admission letter from the University, you need to have all the required documents for visa process and mainly the photos (Should be German passport size). Fill out the visa application form and submit it. Later take out the print out of the application declaration form and sign it and schedule an appointment.
On an appointment day, carry all the necessary documents and the DD for the visa fees. The Visa interview will be for 15-20 minutes. The visa fees have to be paid in DD and it’s not refundable, even if you are rejected in the visa process.
